Online Survey about body, energy, and daily life
I’m part of an online program, and one of my assignments is to create new content.
As part of that, I’m running a short survey. Body and movement are big passions in my life, and my aim is to create new content about them.
To do this, I want to understand what it means for people to feel connected to their bodies — especially when life feels hard or out of control. I’m curious about how different people handle life’s ups and downs, how this affects their energy and mood, and how they relate to their bodies. Everyone experiences this in their own way, and I’d love to hear how it is for you.
Do you feel like life is moving too fast — and it’s hard to slow down and feel at ease in your body? Do you feel tired and stressed — like your body never really relaxes? If you're a woman, man, or non-binary person between 28 and 67 — a busy professional, creative, parent, or someone going through changes — and you’ve been feeling off, low on energy, or not like yourself… this is for you.
🌀 The survey only takes a few minutes. There are no right or wrong answers. Just share what comes to mind — no need to overthink it. You can fill in your answers in English, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.
Fill it out by Wednesday night, January 21st, 2026 at midnight, and you can win a free 1-hour Movement Guidance Session with me. Together, we’ll look at one area of your life where you want to feel more alive, relaxed, and in flow.

Who am I?
My name is Parisa Radpey, and I am the founder of Dhyana Donya Movement and Health and Intentional Movement.
Physical activity has been important to me since I was 18 years old. For more than 20 years, I have practiced yoga. I am recently certified as a Kriya Yoga teacher in India. Kriya Yoga uses breath, movement, and focus to help create balance in the body, mind, and emotions.
I also have training in dance and movement therapy. I have studied how music and the voice can support health and help calm the nervous system. In addition, I am certified in NLP (Level I and II).
Over the years, I have supported people through change, motivation, and personal growth in my work as a social worker. I have also worked as a counselor, helping people who had been out of work for a long time due to mental, emotional, and physical health challenges.
Now, I dream of bringing all my experience together and working in a holistic way, helping people connect with their body and breath and feel more present in everyday life.
